无论如何，Jessica还是留在了Lennon家中。Jessica和Lennon仿佛重新回到了大学时代：「老规矩」，「老传统」，整晚都听Steel Magnolia的歌曲，聊天可以聊到大天亮。被烦得受不了的Joe发现自己在Lennon的生活中成了一个局外人。

当Lennon试图在Jessica和Joe之间寻找平衡点时，Jessica的单身生活因为老朋友Rav（Stephen Schneider扮演）的再次出现而变得复杂起来。很显然Jessica对Rav还有一些不能忘记的感觉。但Jessica已经很久没有恋爱过了，她甚至忘记了该怎么和男人调情……更不用说「单身女孩应该穿得漂亮点」这些事情了
