　　宗教家の大川隆法による原作?製作総指揮で、2018年に公開された「さらば青春、されど青春。」をキャストやキャラクターを一新してリメイク。幼いころから勉学に励み、東京の有名大学に進学した一条悟だったが、恋愛や就職活動など、思うようにいかないことが多かった。そんなある時、突然、霊的な存在とのコンタクトが可能になった悟は、大手商社に就職し、異例のスピード出世を果たす。恋愛も順調になり、公私ともに順風満帆の人生を歩む悟だったが、次第に「自分の思想を世の中に説く」という使命感に目覚めていく。しかし、そのためにはこれまで築いた社会的地位も大切な人と過ごす未来の生活も捨てなければならない。将来の幸せか、自身の使命に従うかで迷う悟は、ある決断を下す。前作にも出演した千眼美子が再びヒロインを演じる。
