　　艾伦上校是一个政府新建的秘密组织的首领，这个组织接受的第一个任务就是在2003年伊拉克战争爆发之前，去刺杀萨达姆。主人公奥斯卡被选中担当狙击手，可惜不久他就被捕入狱，在伊拉克受尽折磨。后来奥斯卡被营救回国，因为受伤严重所以一直在军事医院里接受治疗，并被严密看管起来。由于刺杀萨达姆属于秘密任务，如果不小心被公开会使美国政府颜面尽失，所以在奥斯卡逃离医院后，艾伦被派去杀人灭口。心怀不忍的艾伦，决定找到奥斯卡后劝其回头，他能够如愿以偿吗？
