　　　　画公司Science SARU新作原创TV动画《YUREI DECO》发表。 　　信息城市汤姆索亚岛。 这里的居民们使用视觉信息设备“Deco”，经营着被称为超再现空间的虚拟空间和在现实中线性往来的生活。 而且在汤姆索亚岛，关于所有事物被称为“罗布”的相互评价在数值上被可视化，居民们通过保持平衡的价值观形成了和平的社会。 通过收集“らぶ”，装饰的功能也会被扩展，居民为了收集很多“らぶ”而每天奔走。 在这样的岛上，被认为是“怪人0”引起的“浪花”消失事件“0现象”的传闻正在蔓延。 有一天，住在岛上的普通女孩贝利遇到了被称为“尤雷”的居民哈克，偶然被卷入了0现象。 她为了解开怪人0和0现象之谜，将加入哈克等人组成的欧雷侦探团。 在解决侦探团的委托过程中，贝利逐渐接近汤姆索亚岛上隐藏的真相。
